Real Conversations
See how the Agile Product Owner skill responds to actual requests. These are representative examples of what your AI agent will produce.
Sprint planning is tomorrow and our backlog is a mess. We have 47 items, half don't have acceptance criteria, and the team has no idea what's coming. We're building a B2B SaaS invoicing tool. Can you help me triage and prep?
Here's a rapid triage protocol for tomorrow:
Step 1 — Ruthless filter (tonight)
Tag each item with one label: sprint-ready, needs-AC, needs-breakdown, icebox. Only sprint-ready items go on the board.
Step 2 — Write AC for top 10 candidates using Given/When/Then:
US-12: Create invoice from template
- Given a user has at least one template saved
- When they click "New Invoice" and select a template
- Then line items, tax rate, and payment terms pre-populate
- And they can edit any field before saving
Step 3 — Velocity check
If your team averages 32 SP/sprint, only bring 28-30 SP of sprint-ready items to planning (buffer for unknowns).
Backlog health scorecard:
| Issue | Count | Action |
|---|---|---|
| No AC | ~24 | Write top 10, icebox rest |
| No estimate | ~18 | 3-point planning poker on sprint candidates |
| Epics not broken down | ~5 | Split into ≤8 SP stories |
Want me to draft AC for specific stories if you paste them here?
Get Started
How to install and use this skill in your preferred environment.
Skills are designed for AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf) and IDE-based workflows where the agent can read files, run scripts, and act on your codebase. Web-based AI can use the knowledge and frameworks, but won't have tool access.
Models & Context
Which AI models and context windows work best with this skill.
Recommended Models
Larger models produce more detailed, production-ready outputs.
Context Window
This skill's SKILL.md is typically 3–10 KB — fits in any modern context window.
All current frontier models (Claude, GPT, Gemini) support 100K+ context. Use the full window for complex multi-service work.
Pro tips for best results
Be specific
Include numbers — users, budget, RPS — so the skill can size the architecture.
Share constraints
Compliance needs, team size, and existing stack all improve the output.
Iterate
Start with a high-level design, then ask follow-ups for IaC, cost analysis, or security review.
Combine skills
Pair with companion skills below for end-to-end coverage.
